(BBC News - London) Traffic was backed up for two hours downtown last night, due to a car crash that blocked an intersection until the cars could be cleared away. Investigation shows that a car driven by a Jonas Porter ran the stoplight and was crushed between oncoming traffict from both directions. Porter, 39 of Islington, was reported to have been out with his sister and several friends, and had just left them on his way home. Initial toxicology reports and accounts from those present indicate that Porter was not intoxicated, but that he had been visibly tired before leaving. "He'd been working too hard these past days," reported his sister. "He was apt to do that. He would overwork himself, and only rest when a project was finished, or when someone forced him to." Porter's employers have not yet returned calls to answer questions in regard to his recent work, but as eyewitnesses reported that the man seemed 'drowsy' and 'may have been nodding off,' constables are ruling that Porter most likely fell asleep and tragically created the accident that took his life. Other minor injuries were reported on the scene from those cars directly involved in the accident, but none required hospitalization.
