BBC correspondents in Africa are reporting widespread riots across multiple countries in Africa. The governments of the afflicted countries have declared martial law in an effort to contain the riots, but so far it has been ineffective. The riots have been purportedly caused by underlying unresolved tensions between various groups. However, no local reporters have been able to gather conclusive information about what has caused a break down in relationships between these groups. No major catalyzing events have been reported in any of the afflicted regions.
BBC correspondents Europe are also reporting a surge in anti-mutant/mutant violence in Eastern Europe. The conflicts have thus far been limited to the Friends of Humanity cells which have begun violent protest against the various mutant neighborhoods in major cities. Thus far local police forces in the countries in question have been able to limit casualties on both sides by arresting leaders on both sides. However, the violence continues unabated.
