BBC- Correspondents in the Czech Republic are reporting that martial law has been declared in Brno, and the military is also being deployed throughout the countryside to quell human-mutant violence. This comes following a three day riot which caused millions of dollars in damages, hundreds of injuries, and several deaths. Similar violence is also being reported in Bucharest, Bratislava, and Budapest.

BBC- Correspondents in Africa are reporting that martial law is proving to no longer be effective at containing the violence. The military has begun to withdraw from the countryside and is instead trying to fortify the major cities in the region. However, inside sources are reporting the beginnings of conflict within the military between those who think withdrawing was a mistake and those who think it is best to allow the riots to “burn themselves out”. Several governments have begun evacuating their citizens from the affected areas.
