RE: Security arrangements

The events of the past week have highlighted the need for a greater X-Men presence outside London. The faculty at the Xavier Institute in Westchester have been fielding concerns of parents over the recent appearance of Apocalypse at that campus. In response to this, we are instituting the following changes.

First, current X-Men will be given the opportunity to be stationed in Westchester. All classes that they are taking will be accommodated, and housing and board will be compensated through service at the school. Access to transportation between London and New York will be provided as needed.

Second, a rotation of current X-men will be established so that there can be a constant and significant presence in Westchester. All classes that they are taking will be accommodated, and housing and board will be provided for the duration of their rotation in New York. Access to transportation between London and New York will be provided as needed. Rotations in New York will be mandatory, barring circumstances that prevent it.

The X-Men in New York will operate as an independent unit to assist the campus's security, and handle local situations in North America as needed.

Any X-Men who wish to take up deployment in New York should notify the administration so that arrangements can be made.
