"Keep in mind this is something I'm still getting used to, but ultimately she's my Mum. Mum includes the Morrigan and the Headmistress and 'Sam'. But my Mum is all of those things. Sometimes we relate a little differently depending on the situation, say, if I'm dealing with something that touches directly on the Morrigan, but we're always still putting together that mother-daughter relationship." She paused for a second, "You said she's your friend. Isn't that a big enough concept to encompass all the rest?"

[Will Stanton]

"I try and treat her like I would my other friends, but then I get hit with the headmistress."

[Miranda Weaver]

"Well, there's different types of friends aren't there? I wouldn't treat Brigid the same way I treat Kay, though I would consider both my friends."

[Will Stanton]

"There are. I suppose she's not as close of a friend as I had thought."

[Miranda Weaver]

"I'm not sure that's the way I would have taken that. Despite shared genetics, I'm not her. I can only guess at the situation. But I do know, when I had worries and concerns about how she was doing something *and* even concerns about things she *might* have done, things were only improved by discussing my concerns with her."

[Will Stanton]

"Well, I'll consider it," he said, dubiously.

[Miranda Weaver]

"Considering it is a step above blind worry," she said with a smile.

[Will Stanton]

"I see what you did there."

[Miranda Weaver]

"That's good, because I don't," she said with a smirk.

[Will Stanton]

"Well, anyway. I suppose I'll let you get back to whatever it was you were doing.

Keep an eye out for Old St. Nick."

[Miranda Weaver]

"As soon as I get one, I'll be sure to watch for him."

[Will Stanton]

"Merry Christmas," Will smiled, making his exit.
