Night Three

Alison breaks into John's shack and finds his explosives. Chuckling at her cleverness, she attempts to set up a land mine just in front of the entrance....and actually detonates it herself. Oops. Out she goes.

Kay screams for help. No help is coming.

Ryan passes out from exhaustion. All that fighting has tuckered him right out.

Miranda questions her sanity, so it's an average Thursday night for her.

Sara has constructed a rudimentary shelter, but gets a surprise when Victoria comes looking for her. Not to attack, however--Victoria's just looking for a place to stay the night. Grumbling, Sara agrees. Could an alliance be being formed?

John is awoken by nightmares...and the sound of an explosion destroying his shack. Cunningly, however, John wasn't IN his shack at the time, so he's alright.

Will receives fresh food from his sponsor! Someone clearly taking pity on him for his lack of fishing skills.

Mira cooks her food over a fire, and then puts it out by squelching it with her hands. She rubs her hands absentmindedly, not noticing the burns spreading...to be continued, there.

THE FEAST

The cornucopia is replenished with food, supplies, weapons, and memoirs from the tributes' families. It's fairly obviously a trap.

Sara, Kay, Miranda and Will all independently decide to skip the feast. Perhaps that was part of their pre-Hunger Games strategy!

Mira also ends up skipping the feast, but not intentionally. This is because those burns she suffered last night? She didn't bother healing them, used to having Phoenix-level powers. she eventually succumbs to those wounds, and is out of the game!

Victoria, John and Ryan all DO go to the feast, and they all get along swimmingly.

No, not that, the other one. They get in a massive fight. John grabs a (non-magical) club and swings it at Victoria, who dances out of range. As John chases her, she slowly forms a spiral, getting ready to cast a spell...

...and then Ryan throws a grenade at both of them and blows them the heck up. Point: SHIELD training.

DAY FOUR
Miranda and Ryan square off in a duel. It turns out, no matter how much SHIELD training you have, you're in trouble when your opponent can guess every move you're going to make. Miranda spares Ryan's life for now, instead telling him to follow her--she has something that needs doing...

Kay and Sara team up, and start hunting for other tributes. Considering Miranda and Will are their teammates, that probably means "Ryan". He's got all the girls after him.

Will searches for a water source. He's really bad at this whole fishing thing.

Ryan has caught Nick, and has the added bonus of "being alive". Will he get a kill on any of the last four and take the kill lead single-handedly?

In fact, his five kills are more than EITHER of the intact teams have. He's definitely a big individual threat.

NIGHT 4

Sara receives water from a fresh source. She is quite refreshed!

While Will and Kay work together to finally, FINALLY catch some fish (!), Miranda marches Ryan towards them. Holding him at swordpoint, she orders him to take them both out--this isn't a team game, after all, but she can't bring herself to take out Kay. Ryan grimly nods, takes to the air...and swing around to try to blindside Miranda! It doesn't work, however, as she's a precog, and she stabs Ryan, eliminating him. She watches as Will and Kay get away...this will require better planning.

Day Five

Sara's hearing voices. She starts to question her own sanity. What is going on in this place?!

Miranda, Kay, and Will start arguing. Apparently, Kay and Will had heard Ryan and Miranda fighting during the day, and Will accused Miranda of conspiring to kill them. As Kay desperately tried to stop the two from arguing, Miranda roughly shoves her away and chops Will's head off! Shocked, Kay runs away, to her hidden stash of food, where she gorges herself on canned goods and moping.

We're down to the wire! Can Miranda and Kay reconcile and take Sara out? Will Sara get revenge on Miranda for killing Will? Will the ghosts of all the dead dudes be annoyed that the women are winning this one handily? We'll find out!

Night 5
Miranda approaches Sara, calling for a temporary truce. It's cold, it's dark, and they're lonesome. Miranda somehow convinces Sara to snuggle for the night. Could love be blooming on the battlefield.

Meanwhile, Kay dies of dysentery.

Day Six

Miranda enjoys sleeping in. She knows the terror is almost over. Just five more minutes, and she'll win this one.

...and then Sara bashes her head in with a rock. Lousy husband-killing blind girl.

Winner: Sara

I just decided to give her the opening. That's all.

Nick and Ryan ended up tied in the lead for kills, as they are a couple of BAMFs. Add in Ryan's top-five finish, and he probably had the most impressive run of anyone who didn't actually win.

If you consider it a team game (and ignore the corpses), the final standings were:
