Unfortunately, there appear to be some severe limitations to her abilities. She can't interact with the physical world at all, passing through any material structure, she is also limited to the physical form she was in when she "died", and she has a strong reaction to telepathic energies. Even small amounts of telepathic or psionic energy can temporarily disrupt her consciousness. A large blast could possibly "kill" her permanently.
Due to her lack of a physical body, Regan does not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breath.
Update: For reasons unclear, Regan has been transformed into a demonic entity. She now has a physical body composed of a very dense ectoplasmic structure. While she still is not technically "alive" she is capable of interacting with the physical world. It also seems that she has lost her ability to pass through physical structures and levitate for the moment.
Description: Regan is a thin girl of average height, with red hair and bright green eyes. She is always wearing a hoodie, a faded and torn pair of jeans, a t-shirt advertising the band "The Standard Drop" and a pair of black converse sneakers.
Background: Regan grew up in the suburbs outside of Boston, born to a pair of old hippies that grew up to be an art teacher for a local high school and an environmental lawyer. She was the youngest of 5 siblings, and she absolutely hated her family in that special, sullen way that only a teenager can.
So, all things considered, her life was pretty normal. Until one day, when she was presumably killed.
Regan doesn't remember how she was killed. Her body has never been found. All she remembers is waking up in her room, different then she was before.
Her parents tried to help her, but dying didn't exactly improve their daughter's mood any and they were at a loss of exactly what to do. Then they were contacted by the Xavier's Institute. The Institute told them that their daughter wasn't exactly a ghost, that the Institute had detected that her condition was the result of an active X-Gene. They offered to help Regan gain more control over her abilities and a place where she could be with others like her. Regan's parents agreed, and the ghost girl found herself being sent to Maldon, Essex.
