Physical Description: Ozzie is an overweight man with short brown hair, a bushy beard, and blue eyes. He is often seen in a plaid flat cap.

Personality: Ozzie is a highly intelligent and profoundly boisterous man with a friendly and generous spirit. However, this "jolly fat man" is also amazingly stubborn when he wishes to be.

Power Explanation: Plant Manipulation - Ozzie has complete control over the growth of any plant under his thrall. He can even animate plants to do his bidding, though some are obviously more useful than others. These creations revert to inanimate when outside of his sphere of influence and will quickly die if not able to access normal plant nutrition.

History: Ozzie grew up relatively normal and when his natural green thumb proved to be only the tip of the iceberg, nobody was terribly surprised. After graduating from Oxford with a degree in horticulture, he was lucky enough to land a nice research position at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Years later he was offered a job at a rising company, M Industries. We all know how that went. Since then he hasn't had much luck finding work as anything but a gardener. So, he tried Xaviers. They took down M Industries afterall, so they owed him a shot right?
