Simply put Sidney has a healing factor and her body regenerates incredibly fast. Minor cuts and bruises heal in seconds, broken bones within minutes. Too much trauma at once leaves her drained though as her body can't seem to keep the regeneration up indefinitely. She's not immune to pain though and she does scar, if much less so than normal.

Spoiler/Mod Info: This is because her body's energy eventually runs out and needs to recuperate which it does by drawing on the ambient biological energy of her surroundings. In a regular environment that's enough to sustain her regenerating for most circumstances and has no ill effects. Should her reserves ever be depleted enough then vegetation and insect-life around her would start to wither. In extreme cases she would be able to leech from people by touch. She's not aware of this as it has never come up.


Personality:
Sidney is a trouble-maker and a daredevil. If there's something stupid to be done she's probably going to try it. She's loyal to her friends though getting to that point might require some patience because she considers punches and insults to be adequate replacements for conversation or pleasantries. And of course she smokes. Cause it's cool. Especially now that everyone thinks it's not cool anymore.


Description:
Essentially Sidney dresses like some kind of punk-rock biker catastrophe. Most of her stuff seems to have either come from thrift stores or she dragged them through mud and gravel herself to the point of looking worn out.


Background:
This is usually where some story would go about her parents being terrible and neglectful but really the reason why she ran away from home was because she was bored. And stupid. Let's not forget that. So she slept on friends' couches for a while and generally bummed around until she was picked up by the cops and subsequently handed over to X-Corp.
