Power: Like his older sister Veronica, Victor has scale shape-shifting abilities (similarities in mutant abilities sometimes occur within families). Unlike her however, Victor is unable to increase his size greater than his normal standing height of 5’4” tall. What he is capable of is shrinking himself down to minuscule sizes at a rapid pace, smaller than even his older sister is capable of. This ability can also be applied to objects or individuals with which he has physical contact with, something that his older sister is incapable of. Like her, at a reduced size he retains his strength and gains an increased measure of toughness and durability due to his compressed mass, though his weight still decreases proportionally. His strength allows him to cause surprising amounts of damage as it is all focused on a much smaller point, like a pick axe.

Personality: Victor is a bit of an introvert. His small stature and his less-than-cool power can sometimes have a negative effect on his self-confidence. However, when he has a chance to show off his strengths without gloating he takes the opportunity and runs with it, be it his acrobatic abilities, dance, or whatever other task he’s tackling. Good-natured and of an honest heart, he’s quick to take others at their word, though he’s often a bit wary of those who fall outside of his experiences growing up on a rural farm.

Description: Standing at just 5’4”, Victor of below-average height, with semi-short messy black hair and blue eyes. He has a wiry built, with pale, freckled skin; the family resemblance between himself as his older sister is unmistakable. He prefers to dress semi-formally in slacks and dress-shirts, though isn’t one to shy away from a t-shirt or two.

Background: Victor spent most of his life living on a farm in rural northern Ontario. A few years after his older sister left to attend school at the Xavier Institute, his own powers began to develop. It wasn’t until she was admitted to the university in London that his abilities were noticed by his parents. After explaining to him the truth about his older sister’s absence, it was decided that he too should receive special training to control his powers. Veronica’s services in protecting England and the world helped to secure approval for his application.
Oh, and he took ballet and other dance classes when he was younger. He was also taught gymnastics by Xavier’s staff in an effort help him learn to understand and control his body.
