Name: Elise Holdrust
Age: 16
Country of Origin: US
Hometown: New York

Power: A sort of psychokinetic manifestation. Tattoos that are on Elise's body are able to be manifested at will. The same can be done with temporary drawings on her skin, but these are, as stated, just temporary. The manifestations are not actually "real" objects. She doesn't know it yet, as she has no control over it nor has she tried it, but she will be able to increase the size of the manifestations. However, the further it deviates from the size of the tattoo, the less substance it has. For example, if she has a tattoo of a dragon and manipulates the size to be very large, it will be more close to an illusion than an actual being. The manifestations of her tattoos that she keeps to the true size are more "real". Once the manifestation of the drawing/tattoo dissipates or is destroyed, it reverts back to her skin.

Of the various tattoos she has, there are some that seem to "speak" to her. Whether or not they are actually her subconscious or something else is yet to be seen. The ones that seem to have a mind of their own are limited to things such as animals or humanoid figures (like fairies).

At this moment in time, she seems to think her powers are more "fun" and without responsibility. She also has a habit of failing at flying, considering she didn't realize it was actually possible for her until recently.

Non-Mutant Abilities: Surprise surprise, she's an artist. And a damn good one, at that.

Personality: Elise is a bit of a bouncy, happy girl. She has a bit of a dark "emo" side to her as well, though that's normally behind closed doors. She's *huge* on social media and keeping up to date with all the latest fads.

Description: She's an oddball, that's for sure. Her hair is a black base with blue streaks, obviously dyed. She generally wears black: it's artistic, you know. However, she is known to wear bright random colors. She's basically a scene girl.

Background: Elise hasn't really had too interesting of a past. Her parents didn't really have too much influence in her life, hence why she turned to art to express herself since they wouldn't listen. She did okay in school, but shined mainly in the art, obviously.

Her interest in tattoos was basically inevitable, and when she was 15 she got one of her older "cool" older friends to do one for her. A black widow on her wrist with a web. The spider looks pretty realistic, and one could swear it would pop out. (In fact, it does quite often.) It's normally hidden by her bracelets and wristbands that deck out her arms. She didn't know how it manifested, but one day it just happened as she was admiring it. What freaked her out the most was when she could actually hear it "speaking" to her in her head. She was pretty sure that meant she was crazy, so she took it in stride.

Her second tattoo was when she was 15 as well; a set of butterfly wings with *tons* of pretty colors. Just like the spider, she soon found out that it would manifest as well. At this point she figured that maybe she was just special. That it was all in her imagination. Whatever, it was cool and the dreams she had at night of flying in the sky were awesome. They felt real and she loved it. Who was she to complain if she was bat shit crazy? No one was complaining.

She was 16 when things changed up a bit. After drawing a design of a gecko on her arm, she was amazed to find that it also manifested. It freaked her out. What was worse was that her parents saw it happen. She had been able to hide her tattoos, but the little drawing she did caused a bit of an issue when it started crawling into their food in the kitchen and causing her mother to faint. Even better? The gecko was rainbow colored, so her parents knew something was up. Especially when her father went to smash it and it disappeared for a moment before returning to her arm. Once she cleaned the drawing off, it was gone for good.

Needless to say, her parents sent her off for being "gifted". They didn't really think anything against her, it just scared them and they wanted her to get the best education for it. (But we all know it was to keep the family from being harassed.) It was also needless to say that now she had realized she actually was able to control these manifestations, she was damn excited. Who cares if her parents sent her off? It wasn't a big deal to her, as to her it was a cool new start and they were nice enough to give her a nice amount of money and shoo her away. New school, new possible friends, and she'd be in Europe! With her spider she dubbed "Frankie", she made her way to XI.

((I am more than willing to make tweaks if need be. Just came up with this on the fly this morning. Fun Fact: Apparently this is a PrC in D&D, only for a monk.))
