Power: Ability to control the clouds. Not just taking control of the weather but the ability to actually move the clouds and even ride on them. He can't do things like make it foggy or things like that, just things that have to do with a cloud. Like lighting and thunder, or make it snow or rain.

Personality: Thomas is a very postive person. Always try to fine the good in things around him. I guess you could say always trying to find the silver lining. But then again if he is pushed to the breaking point there's nothing like a storm of fury.

Description: He is 5 foot 11 inches tall and a average build boy. He loves to wear his shorts and t-shirt. His favorite color is orange so he usually always has a orange shirt on. He's always got his rain boots on cause you never know when it might rain.

Background: Thomas was born with his abilities and was raised secretly with his mother who also had his ability. She tried hiding his ability. As he grew they stayed in the small town. He always new there was something special about himself. It seemed that when he would cry when he was little the sky would pour rain. And when he was happy there wouldn't be a cloud in the sky. One day as he and his mother were heading into town they had a car crash. Another car swerved into there path. His mother, tried to save them but ended up hitting a tree, killing her. When he awoke from being knocked out he was upset and furious. It took the ambulance twice as long to arrive due to the horrible storm that came in. Ever since that day he became more obvious to him what his abilities where. He looked up at a cloudy day and pitched his fingers together and brought the cloud down to him. This was when he learned he could.ride the clouds. He knew that he would have to go somewhere he could.learn to make this work to his advantage a little better
