The Court of St. Paul's

The hideout was too small for this sort of meeting, so Miranda had directed everyone to St. Paul's. She sat on a rock under what was left of the dome. Her sword, now sheathed, was laying across her lap and her good hand rested gently on the pommel. Theresa sat on her left, idly fidgeting and not really paying attention to what was going on around her.

"Good to see all of you in the flesh. I know some of us are here looking for answers. I don't claim to be the equal of either of my mothers, but I think we're all willing to help look for the necessary answers. We've got several situations boiling here in the ruins and I understand there's possibly more outside. There's someone named Armament, who knew enough to send lackeys to attack Big Ben to get the ASHLIE drone back. There's a person calling herself Wanderer who seems to want something from us. And then we have our visitors." She motioned to John, Gemma, and Trev.

"Sounds about right, except she at least has some telepathic abilities and can project herself into dreams. It's possible she was just projecting herself and you didn't actually meet her in the flesh."

"There's also at least some reason to believe she's capable of teleportation," Miranda said as she processed the additional information. "What exactly did she say to you in your dream, Jenn?"

"She mostly talked about making something of what's left of the city. She said that Theresa needs to be healed or her connection to nature severed. She also pointed out we might be able to stabilize the dimensional rifts if we can get our hands on part of the crystal that used to be inside the Lighthouse at the school."

Vivienne looked very thoughtful. "Those crystals are not play things. I advise against handing any to just anyone, no matter what they say or promise in return."

"She does say she wants to help. And I find it hard to argue with that too much, seeing how she saved Miranda's life yesterday. She seems a little loopy but means well as far as I am concerned."

"I can stay behind. Got a few things to lock down at the Park. Been lax on collecting the city's stays and need to prep for the warm climate aquarium survivors." Vertie offered up sounding less then thrilled to be missing out on the potential adventure.
