"Paraic O'Brien here, as a tense situation has emerged in an upscale Westminster neighborhood."

"What started as a simple case of vagrancy has rapidly escalated as the individual in question has proven to be a superhuman of some kind, possibly a mutant. Police have barricaded the area, and I've been informed that a squad of MI-13 is en route. Hopefully the situation is well in-hand, but residents are understandably nervous."

In the background there is a bright flash of light, and several of the barricades are scattered, startling the reporter.

"I'm sorry, that's all I can report for now. We'll be seeking cover!"
