Her tail seemed to involuntarily twitch at that and after a couple moments she stops fighting it and lets out a soft purr.

As awkward as it might have been with them both still in party dresses, Samantha was content not to spoil the moment. She laid her head against Nailah's and did likewise.

Nailah is a little woozy still and almost drifts off a couple times. But as comfortable as she feels right now there's still a bit of excitement over being so close to Sam keeping her awake.
