The mansion waits for the invited to gather.

Military eh? Interesting.

A woman in a black coat steps out of a cab and glances at the two men passingly as she walks up to the mansion.

"Anyone else expecting Vincent Price to answer the door?" he asked jokingly.

A motorcycle holdi g two people rolled up, discharging the rear passenger, a woman wearing round sunglasses and a cigarette.

"Stay cool, daddy-O." She said, slapping the rider some skin before he roared down the driveway, and out of the story.

She then struck a pretentious pose, taking a long drag on her smoke. Before exhaling.

An attractive red-head carrying a black doctor's bag stepped out of the cab, and walked up the steps, assessing the crowd.

The door creaks open and a tall, almost impossibly slender old man in traditional butler's appears in the doorway.

"Ah, yes. The guests," he says snootily, in a too-perfect upper crust British accent. "If you would follow me."

Without further ado, he turns to walk away.

The butler guides the group into a lavish dining room furnished with several leather chairs of curiously foreign design. A strange fireplace of polished marble, large enough to fit an entire human being with room to stand, stands against one wall.

"Please be seated. Your host will be with you shortly."

Suddenly he looks like he has been slapped.

"I will bring your refreshments," he concludes in a more hospitable tone before exiting and closing the double doors.
