The Haunted Pool!

[Madison West]

It was a quiet afternoon at the pool. At least until a screaming girl appeared a good ten meters above it.

"No, no, no!" Madison shouted, teleporting just before she hit the water.

She landed on the deck instead. The unfortunate thing about teleportation is that you don't really lose momentum either.

"Yeah..." Madison said to no one in particular, breath a little knocked out of her, "That was better..."

A boy with white hair rose from the water, removing a pair of swimming goggles to reveal icy blue eyes. "It not every day pretty girl appear out thin air," he said with a thick Russian accent, smiling.

"And now I'm getting hit on," Madison says, rubbing her back as she sits up, "This is hell."

"What wrong with saying girl pretty?"

[Madison West]

"Please, don't try the stupid foreigner act," Madison says, "I'm pretty sure the implications of calling a girl pretty carry over from Russian to English."

[Ivan Petrenko]

"Is compliment!" he protested.

[Madison West]

"It's rude," Madison says, "Don't even check to see if I'm alright. What the hell?"

"Didn't even..." he said, suddenly looking guilty, "...I must look like ass..."
