"Oh curses, you're a tricky one, you are."

"Me? Tricky? Why, when I'm so straightforward and innocent?" he said, feigning shock.

"I'm sure you secretly own a motorcycle, or something. To vent those criminal urges."

[Michael Asters]

"Nah, I'm still working on fulfilling the motorcycle-riding cowboy thing. Haven't found a good one yet," he joked.

"A good motorcycle, or a good cowboy outfit?"

[Michael Asters]

"There's such a thing as a good cowboy outfit?" Mike asked, cocking an eyebrow.

[Samantha McManus]

"I'm sure there's... less embarrassing ones."

[Michael Asters]

"Means that the best bet is to just get a good cowboy hat and wear it with a lot of denim and/or leather," Mike said, nodding. "And that's easy enough. So I just need to find a good bike."

[Samantha McManus]

"Aye, leather pants are probably a good substitute for chaps."

[Michael Asters]

"Depends on the look. Sometimes jeans woulb e best. But the passenger always has t o have leather pants," he said, nodding seriously.

"Oh! Ah... well, I suppose that's fair..." She said, a blush creeping in.

[Michael Asters]

Mike cocked an eyebrow. "So... since your face doesn't usually match your hair, should I take it that means you want to come for a ride when I get it?" he teased.

"Well, it might be... pretty cool?"

[Michael Asters]

"Well, that works, you'd probably look smashing in the leather pants," he teased, grinning a little.

The blush deepened, but she smiled.

"Suppose we'd be going too fast for anyone to see me."

[Michael Asters]

"And if I have to wear leather pants, it's only fair," he pointed out.

[Samantha McManus]

"Aye, and it's really safety gear, if you think about it..."

[Michael Asters]

"...And it would be really irresponsible of us if we were riding without safety gear," Mike reasoned, nodding.

[Samantha McManus]

"...that sounds like it's a really horrible euphemism for something."

[Michael Asters]

"Aaaand... I completely missed that," Mike admitted, chuckling and distinctly turning a little redder.

She laughed good-naturedly.

"Oh, I'll spot you that one."
