Don't Bluff

After her first ever danger room and flying session Nailah had been surprisingly exhausted, having used muscles that rarely if ever saw any use aside from maybe hugging Becca with her wings. So she had taken a shower and now was wrapped up in her bathrobe, waiting for her fur to dry.

"Y'know, if you wanted, I could go get my blowdrier and speed that up," Becca, invisibly, offered from the other side of the bed. And the suggestion, which might be considered an insult from someone mean, sounded like a somewhat shy, but honest offer coming from Becca. Who had apparently been in the room waiting.

"Oh! Becca!" she lets out somewhat surprised gasp. "No that's fine. It dries pretty fast. I mean... you don't have to..."

"It wouldn't be a problem," Becca said as she came around the bed, a playful smile on her face. "I don't want you to be uncomfortable after all, and besides..." She leaned down and kissed Nailah, "You might like it..."

Becca, as well, was turning a bit pink. "Well, I have to take care of something I like so much... have I mentioned how lovely it feels waking up feeling your legs rubbing up against mine?" Becca murmured in a low voice, acting much more brave than she was feeling just then.

"Not ev- oh..." Becca turned distinctly more red. "I... ah... only ever see the fur on your legs, I didn't think... about... ah... I'm an idiot..."

"It's okay... Not like you'd ever think about how, uhm, far up it goes..." she mumbles, suddenly very aware of the fact that she's only wearing a bathrobe.

"Well, I mean, somet- er, what I mean, I just forgot right n- oh god, I don't need to bluff, I'm too freaking incompetent to do anything like that..." Becca stammered, managing a little smile at the end as she sat down on the bed.

"Hey... don't feel bad." she says, putting a hand on Becca's shoulder. "I mean... sometimes you wonder about things, right? I know I do..." she adds much more quietly.

Becca blushed and smiled a little, managing to look both coy and embarassed at the same time. "Oh? What have you wondered about?" she asked, looking up at Nailah.

Becca grinned a little bashfully. "I... think I'd be a little offended if you didn't wonder," she admitted.

"Oh..." she says, carefully glancing up at Becca.

Then after a moment of thinking. "I... yeah, I guess that makes sense... I just... I dunno... sometimes I feel bad for not feeling bad about some of the things going through my head sometimes?" she rambles.

Becca looked a little hesitant. "And... ah... I know you usually don't like the fur and all, so you don't think I'm... um.. some sick freak for... um, liking how it feels and wondering... um, just where you have it and... um... I'mgonnashutupnow..."

"I don't think you're a freak... It just... it's so inconvenient and weird and... But I don't want you to feel bad for liking it! I'm glad someone does." she smiles faintly and after a moment oh hesitating she takes Becca's hand and puts it on her lower leg. It's still a little bit damp but mostly dried by now.

Becca ran her hand along it lightly, letting the fur brush under her hand. Then, much more shyly than when she'd been coming on to her before, she leaned over and kissed Nailah.
