What If... We Were Sky Pirates?

The British Empire, herein referred to as Britannia, never fell. Steam powered technology continued to advance. Zeppelins won out over airplanes. Mutants are considered second-class citizens by the empire and many resort to piracy to survive. These mutant pirates are hunted not only by the military, but also by a zealous religious order known as The Purifiers.

Since Britannia spans most of the known world, mutants who wish to live free must find safe haven in settlements far out of the cities or in independent mobile flying fortresses such as Genosha and Fort Xavier.

Xavierian pirates prefer to only rob imperial ships, and when they do hit civilians they take only what they need to survive. They may even, on occasion, aid non-mutant victims of imperial aggression.

Genoshan pirates would usually rather take whatever they want, whenever they want it, from whoever they want. Humans deserve whatever they get.

Established Tech:
- Ray guns
- Cybernetics
- Robotics
- Drop Pods
