Nailah wakes up with a groan and fumbles around for a moment, knocking over an empty bottle of something on the nightstand before she realizes there's a pillow on her face and she tosses it aside. Looking around the room she tries to take note of the situation as she swings her legs out of the unfamiliar bed. "Okay, where are my pants...?"

The bird's caw, while fraught with meaning, was otherwise impenetrable to the average drunkard. Or even the above-average one.

Outside the window was a bustling port town.

And there, hanging on a line a few yards from the window were... well, they could be Nailah's trousers, and if they weren't, they'd do in a pinch. Atop them...

...perched that blasted raven.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me..." she mumbles, climbing onto the window-sill in her underwear. Not that that's something she's never done before but usually it's on her terms. Not wanting to fly and draw any attention she makes her way out on the roof and tries to reach the pants while holding on to the opened window for support.

There's a moment of off-balance but she manages to snag the pants before falling off the roof. "Hey wait a second, these aren't mine..."

"Why did you steal someone else's pa--" It was around that time the realization hit her that this bird was indeed just some random bird. If anything Morrigan probably wouldn't look this dirty and frayed. "Oh shoo you damn thing! Outta my way!"

Nailah climbs back in through the window with a groan and proceeds to get dressed with someone else's pants, her own still mysteriously missing. "Just a random bird. Guilty much? Jeez..." she mumbles.

"Oh get lost!" Picking up the empty bottle of booze she throws it at the bird, conveniently getting rid of that damn bottle in the same move.

In... her hand. And perhaps in Nailah's eyes, it was a lovely hand. At the least, it was a familiar one.

She groans, though some of that is directed at her head-ache. "Anyone ever tell you that your timing is atrocious?" she says, now hunting for the rest of her clothes while part of her mind is still wondering where the hell she is and if there's a chance of someone showing up.
