It doesn't take too long and across the prairie the small settlement comes into view, a couple of fires sending slim trails of smoke into the air above the tents. As they get closer they're inevitably spotted and when they reach the tents a lot of the natives have gathered a small welcoming committee. There's a lot of hushed talking and some of the kids are openly staring and pointing. They stop and Do'noma begins to talk in her language. Presumably explaining things going by her gestures. While she's talking one of the kids has brought up the courage to step closer and is tugging on Sam's duster as if to see if she's real.

She looked down and smiled.

"Not nice to stare," which would at least sound to the child as if it was in his native language.

The kid's eyes go wide and it runs back to the safety of the crowd, shouting something, causing the whole crowd to start murmuring. Even Do'noma stops talking and turns around to look at Sam, almost in awe. "You are Dreamwalker too?" she says, almost sounding a little disbelieving.

A large humanoid, essentially a giant Gila Monster on two legs, waded through the crowd. He was wearing a tasseled Gaucho hat, a poncho, over-sized brown leather pants, and looked rather alarmed by the shouting child.

She turns around again to the crowd, talking again to calm them down. Spotting Little-One she shoots him a quick smile and a wave.

After a bit the crowd calms down and even parts a bit to let them through, though some people are still following them along.

"I explain later, yes?"
