There was a brief pressure as Samantha connected to her mind again.

"I've never really tried this before..."

Gradually, Do'noma became aware not only of her own sensations, but of Samantha's, lying there next to her, feeling her body heat. It was an odd double-image, overlaid upon her own senses.

As if this weren't disorienting enough, Samantha then began to... change. Her eyes went golden to match Do'noma's, and fur began to sprout upon her jawline, springing out into twin tufts even as her ears twitched to points and poked through her hair.

Do'noma could feel all of this, the spreading pelt that tickled forth as if it was from her own skin, the ivory daggers pushing forth from her jaw, the explosion of new scents and sounds they now shared as she found herself looking at a creature somewhere between Samantha and a lynx.

Do'noma shivers. First at the mixing sensations, then at the change. Closing her eyes she lets the feeling become the dominant one in her mind. She lets out a gasp as she suddenly smells herself and Sam over the aroma of herbs faintly hanging in the tent. Somewhere outside, far away is the faintest bark of a coyote in the night. "Is... it is amazing..." she whispers, shivering again as she hears her own voice echo in her ears.

"Strong... restless... nerves taut like Grandmother Spider's cords... Everything just there so much!" she nods, immediately finding herself wanting to snap her eyes at the movement.

Her fur bristled, and her eyes had snapped at the movement, her nostrils flaring, drinking in Do'noma's scent.

She's a little overwhelmed, used to experience things outside her body but not so much looking at herself through someone else's eyes. Her wing shifts a little and her hand brushes over Sam's skin as her breath grows heavier. "Very close..." she whispers.

Her fingers buried in the wintery fur of the lynx, yet feeling those same fingers as if it were in her fur. Samantha leaned forward, nuzzling against Do'noma's cheek, a rumble in her throat.

"And this is it, aye? Not in the head, but in the heart?"

"Very... yes..." she manages to get out, one hand at the back of Sam's head, clutching her hair. Or is it fur? She's not struggling but she is trying not to lose herself, heart hammering in her chest. Or maybe Sam's. It's all a blur of warmth and smell and feel all running into one.

There was emotion flowing from Samantha's mind rather freely as well, visions of Do'noma's body and the lurid, animalistic intentions the redhead was feeling towards it, coming in a rush of images just before suddenly, they were clamped down. Samantha broke contact with Do'noma's mind, and forced her body fitfully back towards humanity.

"...too much," she sputtered out, a bit of a snarl in her voice. "Too soon."

Do'noma's eyes snap open with a sharp breath before she slowly calms herself. Which takes a moment, even with the link between them broken.

"That... that very there..." she mumbles, still clinging to Sam.
