Do'noma's expression changes at that. Not that hadn't been compassionate in listening to Sam, but something about that seems to strike a chord. "Sound... familiar. Before my journey. Whisper of things coming, not always nice, not always true. Sometimes barely understand them all, talking, harsh, angry, scary, desperate."

"Is hard to explain. Journey of the heart. Some feel it like facing the spirits, talk to them. Some say is like going into themselves. Is all the same but different. Me I went down paths. So many. Every..." she gestures two roads intersecting. "...different directions but all leading same way. First only walk one but more paths I come to more I start walking down. Can not explain. Was on all those paths but wasn't. Some through forest, some desert. Think on some I swam or flew but all at once and every one had more paths and for each one of the spirits would be there and try to tell me which to take but could not stop to go down each."
