Ryan smirked. "I've literally fought gods before. This is nothing. Not that I don't like you fussing over me, but you don't have to actually worry," he reassured her. He turned his head, giving her a quick, light kiss. "I mean, I could prove to you that I'm as fit as anyone right now," he teased.

Her cheeks flushed a bit as she thought of just how that could be done. Get a hold of yourself... "I know for a fact you are fit," she said, her mind only furthering into imagery and making her cheeks flush more. "Eh, zat is to say I know you are well. I am just trying to ease zee pain."

The more she relaxed and stopped thinking about it, the better she felt. Unfortunately, that meant there was less concentration and more natural things at play. She pulled away quickly, her eyes holding the lightest hint of purple to it. At least she stopped herself before it happened, right? At least, that's what she was trying to convince herself, as frustrated as she was. "Sorry..."

Ryan smiled, then in one surge of motion, he flipped the blanket across her and used it to scoop her up without any risk of contact (since he didn't know how long these attacks lasted) and pull her into his lap, lounging back on the couch with her a little more. "Doesn't feel like I'm being patient," he said with a smile. "Feels like I have everything I need right here."

She smiled back at him, looking as comfortable as could be. "While I am sure I would have been able to get away one day, I am unsure I would have achieved what I wished to. Since sings got difficult," she said, likely referring to when her power mutated, "I learned quite quickly zat I would not be able to experience much myself. I learned to watch from zee sidelines. See people experience eet and live srough it srough zem. I did not sink zat was going to change."

He looked at her a moment, his expression sad and mezmerized at the same time. Then he leaned in and kissed her, hard, though quickly, remembering that it had taken a few minutes for her power to burn through the inhibitor before (if it WAS still active, even). "You're going to do anything you want, I promise."

The sudden kiss took her breath away and when he pulled away, she reluctantly did as well. Young adult hormones aside, she loved being able to experience it for herself. "I have no doubts about zat. As off late I feel as if I can and will do anysing," she said with a soft laugh.
