Against her better judgement, Haley snuck up on her sleeping professor inhabiting her body, picked up a large book, and dropped it from height onto the desk top.

Roland snapped awake, pushing herself backwards (tipping over her chair in the process), and ending up crouched against the back wall, brandishing a knife -- before she figured out what happened.

"Oh. It's you."

Haley plopped down unceremoniously in one of Roland's guest chairs. "You napping because you sleep like shit at night too, or because you're old?" she smirked.
