I13 DT: The Walking Wounded

Built with a generous grant from one of the University's benefactors, this clinic serves both the University and the incoming students of the Institute. More severe injuries are stabilized here first, then medevaced to nearby Muir Island.

"Thank you, young lady," Roland said, flexing his wrists. "You do good work. I'll be sure to come back to you the NEXT time I found myself lost in some sort of mirror-dimension."

Dee came in, a tool bag slung over her shoulder.

"Didn't expect to be called into the infirmary. Let's see what we have here."

Zeryn stuck his head into the doorway, looking around until his eyes settled on Mariuset. Then, resuming his usual cool demeanor, he entered the room to walk over to where he was able to look in calm disapproval at the shackle tying her to Alex.

"Well then, someone thinks they're clever," she murmured as she felt out the mechanism. "Someone's wrong, though. There's always someone cleverer."

Once she was confident she'd removed the contacts from the explosive charge, she used her powers to disengage the latches and the manacles clicked open.
