Murphy was in the library. The note she had received from her sister was...unsettling and Murphy wasn't sure how to take it. She could have just asked her sister, but the younger Murphy was nowhere to be found.

Instead she was tracking down the source of the note. She walked through the stacks, looking for a book on wolves in literature.

She probably isn't trying to sneak upon Murphy.

"...No," Murphy says. "Weird note. Researching."

Brigid browses a bit, and pulls out a book on the Eddas.

"Here's something on it. Ragnarok. A 'wolf age' in which one of Fenris' children becomes a 'moon thief,'" she says, holding out the book to Murphy.

"Weirder," she says. She sounds confused.

"Well I guess it's just like Fenris and his children were monsters. Odin meanwhile is a badass so he's got two wolves that just hang with him and eat table scraps. And then the Ulfhednar kind of straddle that line between human and supernatural, because they were people who could be wolves."

"You'd think it'd be how primitive people might have seen mutants, if there weren't also, like, werewolf werewolves. But still, a sort of 'touched by the gods' thing."
