Sept 18th - The Dragon With The Flagon

[Gemma Sloan]

She lowered herself to the ground. "Sit forward of the wings. I wouldn't want to damage you by carrying you in my claws."

[Trev Anderson]

Trev nodded and clambered up until he got into what seemed like the best spot. "I'm going to tuck some of your clothes down my shirt so I don't drop them. I promise I showered today," he chuckled, squeezing her tightly with his legs.

"And while I wouldn't recommend any crazy maneuvers, don't worry about me falling. I've gotten very good at falling from a distance and landing with minimal damage to myself. "

[Gemma Sloan]

"Don't plan on barrel rolls," she said, her wings beating pretty heavily as she took a short run forwards and lifted off the ground.

[Trev Anderson]

Trev let out a triumphant yell once they were airborne, holding on tightly with his legs but daring after a moment to sit up slightly.

"This is amazing!!!"

I have a girlfriend! She's beautiful! She turns into a dragon and I'm riding her like I'm in my D&D game!

After a bit of a rough bump, he leaned forward and hugged her again with his arms. "You're nice and warm too!" he shouted against the wind.

[Gemma Sloan]

"Comes with the superheated rock territory," she said, swooping and soaring to give him an amusing ride.

[Trev Anderson]

"Yeah, well it just proves that I have a girlfriend who's hot in every sense of the word." He laughed in between dives.

[Gemma Sloan]

She snorted, a small burst of fire resulting from the action. "I think the cider's finally gone to your head."

[Trev Anderson]

"I speak only the truth," he said squeezing her tightly. "This is easily the most incredible night I've had all year."

[Gemma Sloan]

"Not over yet," she said, glancing back at him.

[Trev Anderson]

"Unless you're about to tell me you're having second thoughts about saying yes to me, it's only going to remain awesome or get even better."

[Gemma Sloan]

She chuckled as the flight carried them closer to the school. "Want to circle the lighthouse?"

[Trev Anderson]

"That sounds amazing! It's so beautiful seeing everything from up here."

[Gemma Sloan]

Gemma swung wide and banked around the lighthouse, beating her wings a few time to maintain altitude. "Of course, I need to figure out how to get back into my room..."

[Trev Anderson]

"I still have your clothes," he reassured her. "And I won't peek if you need to change..."

[Gemma Sloan]

"But you want to peek," she said, still circling the lighthouse.

[Trev Anderson]

"Well.... Yes. I'm a guy and you're hot. Of course I do," he said honestly, but still blushing furiously.

[Gemma Sloan]

"I think I left my window unlocked, so I can let you off at the doors and you can bring my clothes to my room. That work?"

[Trev Anderson]

"Well. As long as you can get in safely. I think more people than me--and I'll remind you I said I wouldn't peek--might wonder about the naked girl climbing through her window."

[Gemma Sloan]

"I spent the last few years living in a hospital. You don't think I know how to sneak around?"

[Trev Anderson]

"Up to you. Just be careful climbing in--I don't want you falling from a 2nd floor window after our first real date."

[Gemma Sloan]

"Good thing my room is on the first floor then," she said, beating her wings to slow her descent as she settled in front of the dorms.

[Trev Anderson]

"...oh," he said reddening again. "Well. Uh. Yeah. So....see you inside then?"

Trev tried to climb down gracefully but instead slipped while swinging his leg over and fell face-first toward the ground and landed with a thud. "Ow..." He gasped, the wind knocked out of him.

[Gemma Sloan]

Her head came down and snuffled him, "You okay?"

[Trev Anderson]

"...yeah. Just my pride hurting." He wheezed.

[Gemma Sloan]

"You'll figure out the dismount eventually," she said, smiling as she trundled off around the dorms.

[Trev Anderson]

"Hopefully," he croaked, finally pushing himself upright and brushing himself off. He then headed on his way to Gemma's room.

[Gemma Sloan]

The main door to her room was unlocked, but the door to her bedroom was closed.

[Trev Anderson]

Trev opened the door carefully to the main room checking to make sure no one else was there before he knocked on Gemma's bedroom. "Hi. Did you make it in okay? Do you want me to just leave your stuff out here and go back into the hall?"

[Gemma Sloan]

"No, you can come in," she said from somewhere in her bedroom.

[Trev Anderson]

Trev cautiously opened the door and slipped in, her clothes held in his arms, still folded mostly neatly. (Probably refolded) "Glad you made it back in," he said as he was closing the door prior to noticing exactly where she was.

[Gemma Sloan]

"Like I said, I know what I'm doing when it comes to sneaking in and out," she said. There was an odd dual tonal quality to her voice that hadn't been apparent through the door. It was like Gemma and Ingata were talking at the same time. She was standing in the middle of the room and her skin was black and rough with glowing lines running through it. Her face was still human other than the skin change. She still had her flaming orange hair, but a pair of horns rolled back from her forehead. Leathery wings lay against her back. She was looking at her clawed hands and feet, "This on the other hand, is a little new."

[Trev Anderson]

Trev started a bit, his jaw dropping. "...you look fucking *metal.* That is awesome."

[Gemma Sloan]

"We were having a discussion on the way around the building and then this just sort of happened."

[Trev Anderson]

Trev was trying and failing not to stare. "Well, it works for you.," he said. "Amazing no matter what form you take...your voice is...almost like both of you at once?"

[Gemma Sloan]

"Yeah, it's both of us," she said. "We'd just agreed that we wanted you to stay and then I tried to shift back and then this..." It seemed to suddenly dawn on her what she'd said and the lines on her cheeks glowed brightly.

[Trev Anderson]

Trev wasn't much better, his cheeks bright red. "Well...I'd love to," he smiled, finally setting her clothes down on top of a dresser. He crossed the room towards her, gently putting his hands on her hips, and leaning in for a kiss.

[Gemma Sloan]

She kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Trev kissed back eagerly. For as awkward and nervous as he usually was he was at least a really good kisser.
