Melissa sat at one of the tables in the Rose & Crown, fiddling with what looked like a new smartphone. Most of a glass of beer sat next to her on the table, apparently forgotten as she fidgeted with the device.

Mira stared blankly for a moment, before smiling and nodding.

"Oh, I see. That makes sense, I suppose. I've never had a phone like that, so perhaps I'm neither hip nor with it."

Melissa blinked, "I... um... don't think she's desperate enough for that yet. Give her a couple years. Right now she's more concerned about his 'earnings potential'. Like I've had time to get that serious with anyone."
