Now THAT seemed to do something. The entire side of Legion's cube quivered, and part of it expanded, while another part contracted, and the etire thing seemed to...melt a little bit. And turn cold, and hard, and metallic? No, wait, not metallic...

...Obsidian.

And the entire thing scooted back a good four feet.

Oh, mistake... Sara thinks, not knowing why Legion shifted, but seeing her chance.

Very careful not to let it migle too much with herself she begins pushing her control into the stone casing around her to push back Legion and make him melt away from herself.

If she was a bit more ruthless she probably would have gotten the idea to wittle down his mass while she was at it. As it is she's just glad to be free again and sends Legion flying into a wall.

Bear then retracted the taser ball on her hand, until it reformed into a sphere.

With a happy smirk, she turned the dial all the way up, and tossed it at the struggling target.

"Ready to give up?" Stephanie growled, dragging her claws against an exposed bit of metal in the press box, making a horrifying screeching sound.

THAT did something--the taserball, that is.

With a horrifying scream, Legion suddenly shot up in size, and then retracted, and then bits and pieces started jagging out and sucking back in nearly at random, rapidly cycling through colors and materials and textures and solidities, liquefying, melting, freezing, and then going at it again as the charge coursed through him. Details cycled through as fast as the eye could see--decals and buttons and consoles and ads and all sorts of fine details flashed onto the surface, only to collapse back into itself as the quivering continued.

Trying to catch her breath and trying to think for a moment Sara gets an idea and sinks into the ground, which begins to rise up around Legion in an attempt to seal him in a concrete box that won't leave him enough wriggle room to break out of it.

A hand shot out before Sara could completely seal him off, but that was all., and it fell to the floor as mush.

There was loud thumping from inside the box, though.

Stephanie snarled and dove between Bear and the melting arm, slashing at it above where the acid was doing its trick and interposing herself between the puddle and Bear to give her time to recover.
