"I better, if I want to even pretend to keep up with you."

He smiled, amazed he was even entertaining the option.

"You could start working out with me," Dana says, "I start at 4 AM at the gym."

[Thomas Bowen]

"4 AM? that's.. That's early.."

[Dana Lawrence]

"There are only so many hours in the day," Dana points out.

Tommy gave it a few moments thought.

"Okay, I'll give it a shot. You want to be a great superhero, and I want to be a good backup guy. For you."

He steeled himself.

"4 am.. Wow.."

"It will be fun," Dana says, "Although, you are going to be in a lot of pain for the next few days."

"A lot."

"I better stretch, then.."

"It will probably help," Dana says, "A little at least."
