Tommy yawned involuntarily, rubbing the crusty sleep out of one eye as he entered the danger room staging area, a little upset he got there 3 mi utes early. That's three minutes of extra snooze time, dammit.

Dana entered in her training uniform, "You are here on time. Good."
She headed over to the console and started loading up her training regimen. She still didn't have access to the more dangerous programs, but she was putting it on as high as she could get away with. Padded platforms, swinging arms, climbing ropes, trip wires, and a half a dozen other painful but completely safe training devices activated at once, moving in a fast ballet.
"Jump in whenever you're ready," Dana says, jumping onto a platform and heading head first into the thick of things.

Tommy steeled himself, adjusting his hat before leaping in.
He didn't get too far, before a padded boom smacked him against the steel wall, eliciting a groan.

"Don't forget to DODGE!" Dana called out, narrowly jumping over a swinging padded arm before hitting the floor and sliding underneath a wall with a gap at the bottom.

Tommy gritted his teeth, before steadying himself, and avoiding the arm this time.
He followed Dana, rolling under the wall behind her.
He wasn't going to shrug this off.

Dana grabs a rope, pushing off an incoming obstacle and swinging to the top of a mid-level platform.
She then started jumping from platform to platform, outrunning a series of swinging punching bags.

Tommy followed, trying his best not to slip off the rope as he barely made it to the next platform.
The punching bags gave him some trouble, though. His hat got knocked off at the end, as he followed in Dana's footsteps.
"Dammit," he muttered, looking at the out of reach article of clothing.

Dana grabbed one of the bags in mid-jump and kicked off the platform, swinging back and grabbing Thomas' hat. Tossing it back to him, she dropped back down to the floor.

"Thanks.." he said, in awe of the action.

And that's when Dana got slammed into by a moving platform, knocking her to the floor.
As she shook her head and recovered, the course started to reset.

"Not a problem. No pain, no gain," Dana says, "Time for round two."

Tommy nodded, tilting his hat and getting ready.

And the course began again.

Tommy gave his best determined face, before racing forward.
He was able to time the swinging booms right this time, but bumped his head as he attempted to slide under the wall.
Rubbing his head, he wasn't able to get a good grip on the rope, falling into a pool of water.
He surfaced and moved to the side, groaning and coughing up water as he wronged out his wizard hat.

"Try again," Dana calls out from somewhere on the course.
And thus, they went on for the next three hours. Jumping and dodging and generally being pummeled.

And, true to her words, Tommy was sore for several bruises. And from experiences from his siblings, he knew he would be even more sore in several hours.
Wow.. That was more then I figured it would be.."

Dana nods, catching her breath, "It was an excellent warm up."

His jaw dropped at that.
"Warm up? Heh, you got me."

"That was just agility training," Dana explains, "I still have to go on a run and hit the gym."

He dropped his jaw again, when she realized she was serious.
"When do you go for breakfast, then?"

"Ok then. Train hard."
He left, a smile on his face.
