Rina can rapidly grow hair up to six feet. She can control her hair like appendages. Her hair can lift things, whip people, bind people, and pick locks or thread needles.

Her head doesn't actually support the weight but she has a psionic force that runs through her hair. Her hair can only lift around 350 pounds.

History
Rina was born in Belize from a British Man and an African Woman. She is of mixed backgrounds and speaks English and Creole. Her father taught her some thievery when she was little. Rina didn't find out she was a mutant until she went in for a hair cut. She enjoys archery and spiders. Her father is a British citizen and had Rina transfer from the University of Belize to XU so that she may come back someday and help improve Belize. Has a fascination with the Macabre.

I Am Not A Mod (tm), but I think the basic ideas are interesting, but you're just trying to squeeze everything at once into one package, which is tough, even if it wasn't your first character. The idea of a character who talks to dead people is an interesting one--maybe they can help them be a spy-like character or something. But it'd be a very tough first chari.
