The general opened with a powerful blast of blue energy, aimed at Daniel's head.

Daniel looked the General over. "Hm. Interesting. Skeletal structure suspended in a bio-energy field that's replaced the body or that the body's converted to." As the General blasted at Daniel, Daniel's power flared to life... he didn't try to dodge, he just went straight for the most powerful counter he had. Little known fact... Power-copy abilities only need physical contact to sync with the power's energy field when the field's trapped in a physical form, which this tool did away with. Time to see what the big guy has... There was a wave of heat, and then a rather pained shout of defiance as Daniel's body seemed to burn away down to a flaming skeleton which lashed back with an energy blast of its own.

"See... There's the difference between us... You're assuming I expect to survive this!" Daniel lashed out again with a stream of fire, hotknives forming along it, to take through the General's armor. "Truth is, I don't give a shit as long as you come with me!"

Will charged again, but stopped short, his arms turning into chains, and his fists into a heavy spiked iron ball, swinging it around to batter the shield.

the General took to the air, avoiding both Daniels hot knives and Will's balls. he appeared to do it with no jets, or any sort of propulsion from his armor. he then aimed a diffuse blast at will, large and tough to avoid, but less powerful.

"Seriously? You are willing to go and suicide the second move of the match? wow. You must have absolutely no one waiting for you back home."

Will shrunk down to avoid the blast, and then took to the air himself, legs churning, to continue the assault

With that, Daniel's flames flared hotter as he took to the air, lashing out in rage with another assault, swinging a chain of fireknives at him as he released a wide blast of energy with his other hand.

whatever impression the General gave on the ground, it was apparent he knew what he was doing while airborne, dodging the chain and fire blast.

"Neither of you have the ability to take me down, sorry. should we move two some others on the list?"

As he flew, a dozen energy spheres dropped in his wake, shooting out and homing towards will and Daniel.

From behind the fight, where the others were, a hole in the ceiling suddenly smashed it's way through, and a bolt of purple and red slammed through, two bodies continuing their path down through the floor.

"AHHHHHH!" Harbinger shouted a minute later, flying back up through the hole, followed by a red blur, as the two went UP and UP and UP and out, revealing the moonlight sky above.

Will would find himself smacking against the energy field.. And failing, crumpling to the ground below.

The general responded by dropping what looked like a grenade made of pure energy after Will.

Will smiled, despite the pain, and whispered "boom"

The energy blast had to go through a bit of clay Will had left behind just off the energy shield, detonating it in a decent sized explosion, before Will was slammed, HARD, to he ground by said energy blast

"There's time to rest when you're dead," Daniel's (sort of) disembodied voice snarled. This time he didn't try projecting. He reached for the ambient energy around the general, meaning to excite it, focus it, and turn it on the General.
